I've got an odd sort of urge to draw something involving a guitar, and I don't know why.

I've also discovered that, unlike most normal people, when I take a long break from something and come back to it, I'm far better at it.
I couldn't play the flute, took a year off, and could.
Now a similar thing has happened with charcoal. I gave up with charcoal in...eh...about 6th grade(ish)? 7th? sometime around then. Because I sucked at it.
I just picked up the other day--in a painting class, of all things--and actually produced something I liked. So, once I can get that out of school (probably by Wednesday, hopefully,) I'll scan & post it. Maybe I'll start doing some more charcoal-y things...


Also, I'm starting an Honors Art project soon, so expect to be flooded with WIP's and sketches. Eventually, I'll rip out half my gallery and consign it to scraps, where most of it rightfully belongs. But for now you can enjoy my badly scanned, line-filled sketches and inaccurate self-portrait. (There is only one of those.)
I'll probably just delete the really sucky manips, or redo them.
Judging my talents at procrastinating, and my total lack of time...this sort of clean-up will probably happen in...uh...Christmastime. So...look forward to that. =]
